1. Scope of Services

We provide personalized consultations, document review, permit applications, and related advisory services to property agents seeking professional support in Singapore and beyond.

2. Consultation Services

Consultation services include scheduled one-on-one sessions and tailored action plans. Details of each service are outlined in the confirmation of appointment.

2.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a consultation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. We will accommodate a new date subject to availability. To request, contact us by phone or via our contact form.

2.2 Refund Policy

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the appointment, a full reimbursement of the consultation fee will be issued within 14 days by the same payment channel used at booking. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for reimbursement, due to the commitment of professional resources and scheduling.

3. Infoproducts

We offer downloadable guides, templates, and training videos related to property agent regulations and best practices.

3.1 Access and Delivery

Once a digital product is accessed or downloaded, it is deemed provided and non-refundable. Prior to download, you may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase for a full reimbursement.

4. Physical Products

Our merchandise includes printed manuals and resource kits.

4.1 Shipping and Handling

Physical items are shipped from Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956, Singapore. Delivery times may vary by location.

4.2 Return and Reimbursement

You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a reimbursement within 21 days via the original payment channel. Return shipping is at your expense. If you prefer an, please indicate your request in the return form.

5. No-Refund Services

Custom document preparation and express priority handling services are confirmed individually and require allocation of staff time. Such services are non-refundable once confirmed. This policy is necessary to cover preparatory work and resource allocation.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on EstateHubGuide.pro. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. General Reimbursement and Postponement

Unless otherwise stated, reimbursement requests must be made in writing. We process such requests within 14 days. For service postponement, contact us at least 3 days before the scheduled date to arrange a new appointment. Postponement is subject to availability. Fees already paid may be applied to the rescheduled service.
